Several Individuals Sentenced In Fulton County Common Pleas Court


The following people were sentenced this week in Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to the Fulton County Prosecutor’s office.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Carter to 11 months in prison.

According to the Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office, Ms. Burgermeister sold or offered to sell Buprenorphlne.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Ms. Burgermeister to 3 years of community control with 6-18 months in prison reserved. He ordered Ms. Burgermeister to continue drug treatment at Serenity Haven; not enter any bars, comply with a 10:00pm to 6:00am curfew; be successfully discharged from the Drug Court program; pay restitution in the amount of $300 to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office; Ms. Burgermeister received credit for 15 days served in jail.

According to the Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office, Ms. Canfield obtained property or services by the use of a credit card knowing the card had expired, had been revoked, or was obtained in violation of law, and the value of the property and services obtained is $1,000 or more but less than $7500.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Ms. Canfield to 2 years of community control with 6-12 months in prison reserved. He ordered Ms. Canfield be held at CCNO until she can enter drug treatment at Serenity Haven; submit to Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio Dual Diagnosis for aftercare; not to enter any bars; comply with a 10:00pm to 6:00am curfew; have no contact with the victims; obtain a valid driver’s license within 1 year; Ms. Canfield received credit for 6 days served in jail.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Williams to 11 months in prison.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Scott to 3 years of community control and ordered him to abide by a 10:00 pm. to 6:00 am. curfew, successfully complete the Fulton County Drug Court Program, successfully complete the Cognitive Behavioral Program, pay a fine of $500, forfeit of his vehicle to the State of Ohio, driver’s license suspended for three years, complete a dual diagnosis with Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio, and successfully complete any treatment or aftercare, and serve 26 days in CCNO, with credit for days already served.

Failure to comply could result in Mr. Scott spending 9-36 months in prison for Failure to Comply, and 936 months in prison for Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Sanford to 3 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, successfully complete the Fulton County Drug Court Program, complete a dual diagnosis with Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio, and successfully complete any treatment or aftercare, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, pay a $275 fine, driver’s license suspended for 1 year, and serve 3 days in CCNO, with credit for days already served.

Failure to comply could result in Mr. Sanford spending 6-12 months in prison for each count.
