Eligibility/Referral Specialist 1
A qualified candidate must have customer service experience and the ability to schedule and interview applicants to determine their eligibility for public assistance, including food assistance, cash assistance and Medicaid; and perform daily tasks regarding the maintenance of clients’ eligibility for benefits. Candidate must
be able to work in a fast pace environment with accuracy and have excellent phone and computer skills. Completed coursework in human services or related field preferred, and a proven record of relevant work experience. This is a full time position with benefits.
