Fulton County Grand Jury Hands Down Nine Indictments


On October 17, 2022, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging Individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to the Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Christopher P. Fetter, age 36, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft from a Person in a Protected Class and one count of Misuse of Credit Cards. On or about June 25, 2022 through September 8, 2022, he allegedly with purpose to deprive the owner, obtained or exerted control over property without consent, the value of said property being $1,000 or more, but less than $7,500. He also allegedly with purpose to defraud, obtained property by the use of a credit card, in one or more transactions, which was allegedly obtained in violation of law, and the cumulative retail value of the property involved is $1,000 or more, but less than $7,500. 22CR111.

Kari Rowe, age 46, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft In Office and one count of Tampering with Records. On or about October 2015 through December 2017, she allegedly, being a public official, committed a theft offense while using her office in aid of committing the alleged offense, the value of property allegedly stolen being $7,500 or more, but less than $150,000. She also allegedly falsified, destroyed, removed, concealed, altered, defaced, or mutilated any writing, computer software, data, or record which was kept by or belonged to a local, state, or federal governmental entity. 22CR110.

Ian Michael Hinson, age 20, of Bryan, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of a Police Officer. On or about September 22, 2022, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle so as willfully to elude or flee a police officer after receiving a visible or audible signal form the police officer to bring his motor vehicle to a stop, and the alleged operation caused a substantial risk of serious physical harm to persons or property. 22CR101.

Bret A. Bobzien, age 41, of Janesville, WI, was indicted on one count of Passing Bad Checks. On or about October 23, 2019 through October 25, 2019, he allegedly issued checks drawn on the Fifth Third Bank, knowing they would be dishonored, said alleged checks Issued to a single vendor for the payment of $1,000 or more, but less than $7,500, within a period of 180 consecutive days. 22CR109.

Jon H. Ordway, age 40, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about August 8, 2022 and August 11, 2022, he allegedly sold or offered to sell Methamphetamine, a schedule II controlled substance, in the vicinity of a school. 22CR105.

Glenda M. Baldridge, age 31, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about August 8, 2022, she allegedly sold or offered to sell Methamphetamine, a schedule- 11 controlled substance, in the vicinity of a school. 22CR106.

Dallas L. Gillett, age 48, of Defiance, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about August 21, 2022, he allegedly obtained, possessed, or used Methamphetamine, a schedule II-controlled substance. 22CR108.

Dustin L. Siler, age 25, of Defiance, OH, was indicted on two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about March 28, 2022, he allegedly sold or offered to sell Oxycodone Hydrochloride, a schedule II-controlled substance, and the alleged amount was equal to or exceeded the bulk amount but was less than five times the bulk amount. He also allegedly sold or offered to sell Fentanyl, a schedule II-controlled substance, and the alleged amount was equal to or exceeded 5 grams but was less than 10 grams. 22CR107.

Allan J. Taylor, age 40, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Attempted Trespass in a Habitation When a Person is Likely to be Present. On or about October 14, 2022, he allegedly attempted to trespass in a habitation of any person, when any person other than an accomplice was present or likely to be present. 22CR104.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
