Kitty left this world on September 23rd, 2022. Kitty was born on March 13th, 1932 to Omer and Minnie (Buckenmeyer) Langenderfer, both deceased.
On May 9th, 1953 she married Bob Donahue (deceased) in Richfield Center, Ohio. Bob and Kitty were married for 65 years.
Kitty was a 1949 graduate of Metamora High School and attended Miami of Ohio for 1 year and then worked at Owens-Illinois for 3 years.
After raising her family, she worked as a Library Aide for 21 years at the Evergreen Elementary School. She was a member of the Lyons Literary League, the Lyons VFW Auxiliary Post 7574 and the Lyons Historical Society.
Kitty is survived by her five daughters, Debbie May of Cleveland, Kathie (Bryon) Brock of Swanton, Pattie (James-deceased) Deakin of San Diego, Mollie (Jeff) Youtzy of Metamora and Peggie (Paul) Haywood of Lebanon, 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Sadly, two sons, Ronnie and Dennis, daughter-in-law, Karen, and great-grandson, Nash were gone before their time.
Siblings include Clifford Langernderfer (Nelda) both deceased, Harold Langenderfer – deceased (Joan). June King deceased, Jean Simon (Mac) both deceased, Kenneth Langenderfer (Sallie), and Elaine Langenderfer.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Evergreen Local Schools in honor of the Evergreen Elementary Library.
Visitation will be Friday, September 30th from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Metamora with services following at 6:30 p.m. Burial is private.
