Ohio State Highway Patrol Investigating Serious Injury Crash Involving Archbold Woman

BRADY TOWNSHIP / RURAL WEST UNITY — The Defiance Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a serious injury crash that occurred on October 17, 2022, at approximately 7:35 AM.

The crash occurred on County Road 21N just South of County Road J in Brady Township, Williams County.

Kristen S. Clark, age 33, of Archbold, Ohio, was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu southwest on County Road 21N when she lost control of her vehicle in a curve near County Road J.

She then traveled off the right side of the roadway where she struck a tree.

Ms. Clark was transported by Williams County EMS to the Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Montpelier and then flown by ProMedica Air to ProMedica Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.

Drugs and alcohol are not suspected to be a factor.

The Patrol was assisted by the Williams County Sheriff’s Office, Brady Township Fire and Rescue, Williams County EMS, and John’s Towing.

The crash remains under investigation. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reminds motorists to always wear safety belts and to never drive impaired or distracted.
