FULTON COUNTY PROSECUTOR
The following individuals were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.

•Charles K. Coffelt, age 29, pled guilty to Attempted Tampering With Evidence and Possession of Heroin. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, Mr. Coffelt attempted to tamper with evidence in an official proceeding or investigation and possessed heroin.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Coffelt to three years of community control. He ordered Mr. Coffelt to be held at CCNO until he can enter the SEARCH Program in Bowling Green; pay prosecution costs and court appointed attorney fees; successfully complete the Drug Court program; successfully complete the SEARCH Program and any recommended aftercare; successfully complete any recommended treatment and aftercare at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio and attend the MAT program if offered; not enter bars and/or taverns; report to the Adult Probation Dept. the next business day after being released from the SEARCH program; and comply with a 10:00 pm. to 6:00 a.m. curfew.

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Coffelt serving a total of 23 months in prison for both cases.

•Jared R. Baumgartner, age 25, pled guilty to Escape. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, Mr. Baumgartner escaped detention from law enforcement by cutting off his electronic ankle monitor, causing a substantial risk of physical harm to the property of another.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Baumgartner to serve 18 months in prison and to pay all court costs. He received credit for 47 days in jail.

•Edwin H. Andrews, age 65, previously pled guilty to Selling a Dangerous Drug at Retail. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, Mr. Andrews sold a dangerous drug at retail.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Andrews to two years of community control. He ordered Mr. Andrews to pay court costs; pay $335 in restitution to the MAN Unit; be assessed at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio for dual diagnosis and successfully complete any recommended treatment and aftercare; wear a TAD monitor for 60 days; provide proof of valid prescriptions and sign releases for medical records; and obtain a valid driver’s license.

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Andrews serving 15 months in prison.
