Ruth Ann Blush, age 85 years, of Archbold, passed away early Sunday morning, October 30, 2022 at Promedica Defiance Hospital.
She was born December 30, 1936 in Archbold to Charles and Mary (Miller) Terrell.
A 1954 graduate of Archbold High School, she then went on to Goshen College then Defiance College graduating in 1965.
She married Lawrence Blush on November 27, 1957, and he survives.
She was a caring and committed teacher who taught for 46 years at Swanton, Archbold and Bridgeport.
She gave much devotion and time to West Franklin United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence; a niece, Jane Durden; and a nephew, Fred (Edith) Blush.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Virginia Terrell Weber.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022, from 9-11 AM with the service at 11 AM at Short Funeral Home in Archbold.
