The Williams County Commissioners began their regular April 20, 2023 session at 10:06 a.m. with the announcement that Commissioner Terry Rummel’s absence at this meeting was due to his presence at a different meeting, informing the public that Commissioner Rummel would later be joining the commissioners that day.
